Fair price and quick service
The sales rep Alex was very informative and did a great job with the initial fitting even though there was a size issue with the shirt and vest when I went back for fitting, the problem was quickly rectified by others in your Lakewood Store.
Bottom Line my Wife was very happy with the results which is what I was looking for.

The quality and fit were excellent. As the Mayor of Lake Forest, I was representing the City at our adopted Marine Corps Battalion's Annual Birthday Ball. The tux helped me looked respectable next to my beautiful wife and the amazing young men and women who fight for our freedom and liberty. Thanks for helping me look presentable. Great extended size selection, great personal service
First, I love the service. They are polite, treated me well, and knew what they were talking about. I especially love the work and help from the manager Silvia Hernandez. She is amazing! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me well, and quickly helped me with what I needed. I told her my situation, having just picked up a horrible suit from the Mens Warehouse down the street in Stonewwod mall, not to mention the horrible customer service from the two girls working there, and my wedding being only 2 days away. She calmly and reassuringly told me she would still get me our suits in on time. Not only that, but even more better suits. With such professionalism and assurance like that, I took a risk and canceled at Mens Warehouse that night. And now, my wedding passed a week ago, and I can definitely say I dont regret the decision I made with Friar tux. Thanks to Silvia, and the rest of the employees as well, who helped my groomsmen get fitted. I would definitely, 100%, would recommend Friar tux to everyone. Friar Tux> Mens Warehouse :-)
The product was cool. Wore it but the service was awesome, they helped me make sure everything fit nicely and even laughed at my bad jokes. They were very bad jokes too and they laughed as if they were funny so having a nice suit and people laughing at your jokes. Top notch !
Service was great from beginning to end. Tux was great and I had a small issue with returning the tux on time, but the manager on duty reduced by fee and let me bring the pants in within 7 days. I don't know if this is standard operating procedure but I was having a terrible day and it really helped. I even called her back and thanked her. I will definitely recommend Friar and come back rather than going to any other stuck-up "warehouse".
Everything was so easy. Our consultant was very patient when I was tryng to pick out all the colors for three different sets of family members. All the items were ready on time.
