Very knowledgeable staff and helpful to suggest different color combinations for my suit. I also felt that their attention was mostly on me when I was in the store. The only negative I have is I had a sales rep that was handling my account that left to another location and I wasn’t informed of this and my communication with him went silent. I would have appreciated someone to call me to inform me of the sales rep change so I could’ve received answers to my questions.

I will definitely be back to rent again and will be referring my friends! I think I will request to not have shoulder pads in my blazer next time. Otherwise, my experience was perfect from the customer service to the suit!

Juan was very helpful with the initial fitting. After the first fitting the pants needed adjusting. After the second fitting Juan dialed everything in and the suit fit great. I got a lot of compliments on it. I was pleased with the suit but more so with Juan's diligent efforts to make sure I was satisfied.
