The associates are very friendly and have always welcome you as you enter the store. The associates take there time with helping you pick out the suit for your event. They want to make sure that you are happy with the product. My personal experience was the best I have ever had and this was the first time I was going to get my suit for the wedding I was participating in.

The young man that helped fit my son for his tux was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact he remembered us from over the years we have been renting from Friar Tux, which was such a good feeling to be remembered. Although it was a little busy we never felt rushed or forgotten-no easy feat while multi tasking! He definitely made the experience the nest it could be. Thank you!

the fitting was a long wait, probably because there were a lot of people being fitted for the event that we were going to, the NCL Charity Ball on Nov 27th, 2021.
Anne, or Anna at the Woodland Hills store was exceptionally good, and a stand out!
the quality of the garment was good, and the pants waist was too small.
I called the help line and 2 days later I had another pair of pants at no charge. 2 days before the event.
The boxes have a very good look to them and the tape to close the boxes is a nice, "We know what we are doing and you can have confidence in us," vibe to them.
We returned the tuxes, 2, one for me and my son each to the store, very convenient, and convenient to have them arrive at our house instead of going to the store. The guy who answered the phone at the store was very convivial on Sunday afternoon in the Woodland Hills Store and answered the phone on the second ring!
The help line recording said I had called outside business hours. When I called back the next day which was a Monday, the help line still said it was outside business hours. That must be a glitch. Everything else was super in every way.

We've been using Friar Tux for over 40 years. The assistants are always helpful and professional. The suits are always exactly what we want. We have never thought to go to any other agency for our tuxedo needs. When ever we had any issues, Friar's staff was prompt to resolve the matter.
