Very professional work and helpful staff
The assessor was friendly and thorough.
I was happy with my pre-retrofit inspection. The advisor was very knowledgeable and I felt his suggestion where helpful in deciding what upgrades I will be doing.
The inspector took time to explain in detail his findings and recommendations during the inspection. He took his time by walking the entire property to explain the water flow on the property. His professional detail to the inside of the house was excellent. He explained and found repairs needed that were not visible to us.
As always you did a great job. I have been referring you to my buyers for over 10 years!!

Chris was great explaining everything he was doing in the inspection very thorough and knowledgeable very pleasant and personable.
Client and listing agent told me they were not happy with inspector- I warned him prior that buyer was a very overly nervous and anxious elderly lady and was hoping he would present the info with care and patience. Instead his tone was aggressive, made assumptions without any factual knowledge that scared buyer and he did not effectively answer her questions when asked. I've had many good inspections with this company and this inspector in the past but this time was not good - he needs to work on better bedside manners and work on a better way to present the info without sounding angry and scary. Give the facts but also take the extra step to explain if it's a big deal or not big deal or easy fix or "typical" for older home. Buyer canceled escrow and listing agent said she will never use this company now :(
Jennifer was very thorough when inspecting our home. She started in the basement and worked her way up to the attic. She asked questions when she needed our input and we were able to ask her questions about what she was doing on each level of our house. She said we could call her if we had any other questions that needed to be answered.

What does taking above and beyond look like: phone call to confirm the appointment, a courtesy call. Also post inspection courtesy call to walk the client through the inspection. Not charging 175.00 to verify that the fixes were made by the builder, that is way too much. 25.00-50.00 for revisit would be a fair price.
