Very little to no responses ri email requests surrounding status of inspections. Still waiting on post audit report to be posted weeks after work completed and paid for. Contacted office and spoke to agent who lamented the fact they were short handed, but would check in to my file. Over a week has since passed with 0 response. Starting to provide feedback to various solar websites indicating "Amerispec not recomended". Slow and un responsive.

Very thorough inspection and detailed report. The inspector walked us through the house after and showed us everything, indicating why it may be an issue, what was more concerning, and other things that we should watch/deal with on our own. After, we were able to complete the deal on our house with confidence.
Inspectors are very thorough but understanding of the stress of buying a house, so they usually share information in a positive manner taking the mystery out of it all.
They help buyers understand how to best maintain their home in the future.
The technician was on time and very professional.
He identified a potential problem with our septic system and recommended we have it inspected.
His concerns were accurate and resulted in having repair work completed in a timely manner and saved us from having a total septic system failure.
