On Angie's List when seeking estimates I specified I was seeking to restore not replace my deck. In spite of that Allied Restoration was interested in coming out to look at my deck.. The representative from this company recommended I replace my deck. When I said no, the guy then quoted me a very high price to restore it. He asked if I had had other estimates. I told him yes. He asked for estimates I was given and I cited one that was much lower than what he provided. He responded it must have been from a smaller business.

To this point, I have had 5 companies look at my home. Allied has been the most informative showing samples of what the materials are, how they will be applied and specific knowledge of the process. My time with Mr. Ziegler was an education for me. As for Mr. Z, very professional ! Gave answers to questions without hesitation and in general, made me comfortable....

The bid and the agent
The person did not have any communication on where and how we want the job done, what options do we have in deciding our budget, ant payments options, dud not let us know findungs after measuring the yard, rather went to his truck and call to say the quote is been sent to my email. When ask how did he come with what we want in other for him to send an email on the quote, he stated the quote is based on what he thought or the are we will need the fence. Bad bussines orientation.
