Prices were much higher than the other companies that I got estimates from. The guy that came to the house was quite nice so the fact that I won’t be using your company had nothing to do with your personnel.

Yes, I haven't received the written estimate. I had an appointment on May 12. DaVaughn Mellerson came and I showed him my diningroom I wanted done, as well other projects wanted done. He said give him two-days and he would email me the estimate. So far I haven't received anything.

We thought the price for what we wanted done was way too high. What Beltway did for us a few years ago was very reasonable and we enjoyed working with them. Would be nice to work with them again, but can’t afford it.

We will be using our general contractor to finish the floors. You wanted to finish the floor as well as level. We couldn't do that.

Horrible estimates .Sounded like for a million dollar house. Contractor was arrogant and kept making negative comments and taking pictures like he was the paparazzi.

Mike is very easy to work with very knowledgable and very helpful. He makes the remodelling
experience far more stress-free. This is the second time I am asking for quotes on several projects. I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

How about what I don't like? These pushy surveys. I have a connection with the gentleman who came out and will keep him informed when I have made my final decisions. My original request was for FUTURE BUDGETING AND PLANNING.
