I had an issue last time but was given the chance to get a free haircut as an apology. This experience was by far one of my best if not the best experience and this location as long as she is there (which is not much longer) has gained a customer. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to come back as it was well worth it.
You tell them how to cut your hair and they write up a card so anyone can see how.They are patient and courteous.

I really appreciate Tally who has cut and styled my hair now twice as I am a relatively new customer of SportsClips starting in Oct 2023. She does a great job and remembered how I like my hair to be cut. Also, on this most recent visit she stayed past her normal time as it took me longer than expected to arrive at the Northdale-Tampa-FL location (I called but didn't set-up a formal appointment. I was so happy that Tally was so accommodating). This haircut was important as I'm starting a new job hopefully by / before 12/05/2023. Going forward, I will schedule an appointment with Tally!!

The website and app have been glitchy lately. Dumping me into First Available and even being completely unresponsive.

The service doesn’t match the price. To be honest, I wouldn’t cut my hair there again even if they were to pay me. It felt like getting a hair cut at a military facility. It took her less than five minutes to cut my hair, and that was it. She left me with an extremely poor hair cut. I have people working up to me asking me if a child did that to my hair. Some people even laugh at me, when I told them that I paid for the hair cut.

Best service everytime I go here doesn't matter which stylist it is they even treat my children like family as a single dad that meant alot they never got mad if the kids got to loud or walked around the waiting area either best place to go for an amazing hair or beard cut for men and woman

Don’t have to wait
Felt that I was not a priority. Hair cut was rushed, got shampoo but chair wasn’t lifted up or given footrest. Another customer was there being talked with and offered solutions. Not me I was rushed in and out before that customer and he was there well before me. 100% was not the MVP experience I paid for and will not be back to this location, which is closest to my house.
I enjoy the sports themed atmosphere but primarily come because I like to have Amber Rose as my stylist.
Best hair cut I’ve had at a sports clip branch. Amber was easy to get along with and new exactly what I wanted. I will hopefully keep her around the Carrollwood area.
