Amazing staff, specifically Amber Rose
Very nice service. Massager is very good and relaxing. Very professional.
The online check-in system can be a little hit or miss. Also, for someone with small kids and schedules and a preference for who cuts their hair, it would be nice to know at the beginning of the week which of their favorite stylists are scheduled to work when so that we could put it on our calendar!

Great overall experience. Treated very special. Then hit with $80.00 bucks for all the add on's. $10.00 dollars extra because my hair is past my shoulders?? I was there BECAUSE it was to long. So 10 extra bucks to get 3 inches of hair cut off?
