You have detailed data on every visit I make, yet every time they ask me if I want a punch card to get rewards. No! If I've earned rewards, provide them. Do you think Delta uses punch cards? Grow up!
Wait was listed as 23 minutes when I checked in. Actually wait was closer to 45 minutes. So I could not do the shampoo or hot towel but still had to pay full price. The haircutter herself was great.
The haircut was terrible. My son needed to have his hair cut by another barber the same day.

Wow. I havent been in the country for a haircut in a long time but I ended up paying $40 for a MENS, 4 guard buzz cut with zero skill needed. Won't be back. I was loyal the entire time I lived in Florida but that was my last visit - ever.
