Clean facilities with plenty of equipment.
24/7 opening is key, it results in being able to go when it is far less busy, the best selling point in my opinion
I love the huge variety of strength training equipment, especially access to the Crossfit equipment for olympic lifts. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. I can honestly say that of all the places I've worked out, it's my favorite by far.

Classes are excellent and free. Training groups are available for all sports and the trainers very dedicated and cheerful. You have all activities available from private lessons to group sessions. The wave is there for every person regardless of shape.
I use only the pool these days, and have recommended the pool services on more than one occasion. Love that it's a salt-water /chlorine mix so presumably less chlorine than other pools. Like water temperature, brightness of pool area. Locker rooms are fine and clean, showers clean. The woman with whom I've come into contact in the change room area - I believe her name is Maura - is always smiling and most pleasant and warm. Nice to be greeted with smiles at the sports desk (Marion, ?Marina, Jason are the people I usually see).
