Having a trainer stay late and workout with me, because not many of them will stay late. I have a job too and don't get off until 6 pm . So it is hard to get to the classes because there isn't any late ones.

The classes, the tanning, the hydromassage, the pool, the track and many more things are all unique to the DAC. That's what I love about this gym. It has more things to offer than any other gym around.

I like the quality of the equipment and the quality of instructors with resources for people with a range of abilities. I like having a PT to review injury problems, the class on use of a roller for stretching, circuit classes and gentle yoga.

Varied hours for classes. Most instructors outstanding, don't feel like I'm wasting my time off. Most of the members become like "family".

Friendly staff, great clean facility. Just wish there were al a cart types of memberships. Such as tennis only or tennis and pool, etc. Also better grill selection and hours.
