The management here is amazing! The studio and locker rooms are all very clean and teachers all have their unique way of teaching class, so you get a slightly different benefit each time you visit. Highly recommend!!
Convenience, location, class selections, facility
Nice facilities. Offered a free class. Associates very friendly. I would just say it was very confusing to schedule the class and I don’t like that the number in the webtsite or app goes directly to a central number. I had questions about trying this class and I couldn’t find s way to get in touch with someone.

Free 2 weeks and a mat for $9, what a fabulous deal!!! Been going every day since I went for the free class on sat. Great teachers, friendly environment, clean studio!

loved the facility! The instructor for the Sculpt class on Sat at 9:00am 2/9 was awesome! She provided great descriptions with enthusiasm and visual demonstration.
Kate’s class was amazing! Great music, fun and challenging class, clean studio, and friendly staff!! I would highly recommend them! I loved the cool lavender towel for savasana at the end!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The classes I’ve tried so far have been amazing and helps relieve stress while getting a good work out in. It’s a real feel-good place.
