I liked how welcoming they were and the instructor was amazing and it was a great work out!
It was a bit dirty from winter messes. Instructor could have helped new people (me and a friend), we were confused a clearly not doing things correct but she did make us feel comfortable. Nice and warm room!
yoga is practiced at corepower both on the mat and offf- from the time I walked in .
The community class is fantastic! As a beginner I feel very comfortable and exited to come to the class. I especially enjoy the cold scented towel after the practice. It really is a cherry on top of the whole experience!

Instructor Jen L is the best! I loved the lavender towels in shavasana wonderful touch. Good studio size. The special for $9 mat new client is great idea too.

I absolutely LOVE Lauren’s class on Sunday mornings. From the intentions in the beginning of the class, the momentum & motivation during and ending the class knowing she just kicked my butt is why I keep coming back (when I can) to Hinsdale Corepower. I always recommend this class to anyone that asks me, “where do you workout?” 10/10!!!!!!!!

Core power yoga has truly been life changing for me since I’ve started in May of 2018! I was always an athlete, and no matter what I did to work out, I never got that athlete workout feeling I used to. Doing yoga sculpt gives me that workout high that I so badly have craved all these years since high school! I also have gotten so much stronger, and have learned so much about the importance of making all these different muscle groups stronger. it’s also been a nice break on my joints from being a runner. I’m so grateful to have found a workout I love and community as special as core power yoga at the Naperville south studio!

Love the variety of the classes and the fact that the studio is open from 6 am til 9 PM ar night. The instructors are all professional and passionate about teaching.

i signed up for the 2 weeks special. Which to be honest for someone who has never ever done Yoga, I probably will not utilize it much the C1 classes do not line up too much with my schedule..
But I did enjoy it and the instructor made me feel comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing..
If I can suggest, if you want to attract new customers, try marketing a free class or 2 to those who have never experienced it before but have always thought about. Maybe just an actually class and reading material that actually go over the names of the positions and the correct way to do them and cater to the 1st timers not taking away from the experienced ones class time.
I bet there are alot of people who are too embarrassed or nervous to make a fool of themselves but would appreciate something like this..
And of course if the idea worked out you, I am more than happy to accept a free year membership for my suggestion. lol I'm kidding but not really.

All instructors are non-judgemental, let me take everything at my own pace while giving instruction on how to improve. They have been relaxed and accommodating getting all paperwork finished and make the studio a pleasant place to be.
