It’s very inclusive. I’ve been to other yoga studios that make you feel inadequate if you don’t know their chants.
Jennelyn (hope I’m spelling that right) has such a great up beat cardio infused workout in the yoga sculpt class I did. Best workout in a while and I’m a weight lifter, volleyball and basketball player.. and it was still a challenge and full body workout for me! Loved it
