Great classes and great staff. Teachers are very friendly. Love that you can get in and out in 1 hour. Also like consistency of classes and times offered. Very disappointed that Deerfield studio dropped 8 am classes.

Stephanie Findon did an amazing job in teaching the class. She adjusted myself and others in the right positions that I thought I was doing right. I will be on the look out for other classes she will be in teaching in for further experience and highly recommending her to other potential students looking to experience yoga.

The teachers are all very friendly & knowledgeable! Kelly, the manager is great! She is always smiling & takes time to talk to you if you need something. the women's locker room needs new shower heads- they are old & leak!
A suggestion to ALL Corepowers: having disinfectant wipes in the studios w/the weights. Asking everyone to wipe off their weights when done! this way the next person has somewhat clean weights. those things aren't ever cleaned!
