Park Ridge is an extremely clean and welcoming environment. I appreciated the glass and open aired studio floor plan. I met the studio manager who was kind, courteous and interested in learning a little about me and my practice.
It was my first real yoga class so I am sure the instructor understood that I was a beginner. I did not feel out of place and he was very clear. I had such an amazing experience and I can't wait to come back.

I love many things abut the CorePower Yoga center in Naperville. First off, I love the atmosphere of the yoga studio. It is very calming and meditative. The bathrooms are always clean and the yoga rooms are very well cleaned. I also love the instructors. All of the people that teach there are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Lastly, I love that you guys provide a free yoga class on Thursday, I go every week and have brought many friends to the class. It is wonderful that you provide a free class to share the experience and help people figure out what yoga is with a free beginner class.
