Different kind of workout for me, first time doing yoga. I found it challenging and relaxing at the same time. Refreshing would be a good word I would use to describe it!
I love the sense of community and they never make you feel silly or stupid for not knowing a pose right away. Instructors are always quick to help out.

Loved everything. Kind people working there. The class was a challenge for me, but i did not feel out of place. Felt greatbafter, for days. Just loved everything, from the momentbi walked in, to the moment i left.
The teachers are the best. Anna, Karen S, Joann, Tracy, Sue and Jill are the best teachers and will keep me coming back! Best yoga studio in Naperville by far!!

I love the yoga sculpt class. The exercises concentrate on your whole body. It's different and so much fun.
I don't do yoga that often, but I never feel intimidated to come into a class, even if I have never done it before. It is a clean and friendly place.
