I appreciate the class offerings. They are focused and yet varied in style. The space is very clean and the instructors are engaging.

Instructors are amazing! Lauren and Katie are the two whose classes I attend the most.
I will say, the facility is certainly not great. Locker room is way too small and the lower level
studio is, well, let's keep it at not great.
Wish there was a way to renovate/refresh/upgrade the facility.

I absolutely love Sonja’s, Cher’s and Sheila’s classes! They are well prepared, offer the right amount of help with adjustments, are in tune with their studuents, and create an inviting and peaceful environment that’s perfect for my practice. These ladies are amazing and I would highly recommend their classes!
I work myself to do my best and I always have so much fun doing it too.

Instructors are high energy and supportive! They not only motivate you to push and improve yourself but help you to do so. The studios are very clean and well managed along with the changing areas! Classes are exciting and engaging and make you want to go as often as you can!
This is my first time at core yoga. I went to a few other different yoga studios and this studio is by far the best. I love that you just show up to class and you do not have to prebook. I also love the variety of class. Overall the instructors and the atmosphere is excellent!
