It was the hardest yoga class I've attended. I noticed everyone in there was in great shape and you'd have to be to get through the class. :) I liked it because it felt like a workout and a good use of time.

The instructor was very welcoming, the environment put me at ease and it was my first yoga class so my anxiety was a bit amped up. I'm hooked after just one class!!!
Instructors were positive and offered suggestions for improvement. Facility is VERY clean. I would highly recommend Corepower Yoga.

I like your facilities and My instructor Debbie was great. Just wish you had 7:00 classes during the week. 6:00 is really hard to make it to (and the only time that works for me during the week)
I like the challenge of the classes
Lou was great! He had great cues and was continually walking around helping everyone. He was very aware of each student. Also the front desk staff was trying to make sure I got the most bang for my buck and I appreciated that! Wish I lived closer!
For a yoga newbie, everyone is very nice & accommodating. I don't feel like anyone is judging me. It would be nice to have another Core Restore class on the schedule though a more Sculpt classes.

Meghann and Myra did an amazing job explaining the proper way to do various yoga poses in the workshop on Saturday. They demonstrated the poses and explained how to do them in a way that was easy to understand. Both not only have a wealth of yoga knowledge but are also very passionate about teaching yoga. CorePower is lucky to have such gifted instructors.

I really enjoy how friendly the instructors are. I also love the lavender cloth on the forehead at the end of class! Overall, it's a challenging and fun experience.

The ryder classes provide a great workout I would prefer the music not to be so loud I admit
there are occasions when louder music is ok esp while sprinting.

I like this new facility. I like how clean it is and I like the locker room. I'm glad there is a location closer to my home now!
