I love CPYGE. I do recommend it to all friends/acquaintances. The instructors are top notch---always challenging, uplifting, motivating---such great variety (especially in C2---my favorite class). I always look forward to coming to each and every class and wonder what I will do. Teachers are very friendly and encouraging. The studio itself is awesome---very welcoming, very clean (looks and smells nice). I love the lemon-lavender cloths. Great playlists. The schedule is great---a lot offered daily. If I were to get really specific with requests, I'd love to see a 7 or 8 AM C2 on Saturdays/Sundays. What else can I say? Location is great--I'm planning on lifetime membership!

I have been a Core Power member and advocate for almost 7 years. I started out in your River Forest location with Hot Power Fusion as my 1st introduction into Yoga. I absolutely adored my instructor, she was so patience and nurturing. As I developed and expanded my thirst for total body awareness, I was drawn into the new class offering, Yoga Sculpt. At first ,I was afraid that it would be too much physically for my older body. But only one class did it!!! I was hooked!!! I was addicted to it!! After 2 1/2 years in the River Forest Studio we relocated Downtown and I really opened my horizon branching out to the South Loop, Bucktown, Streeterville, West Loop and Hyde Park Studios for the next 3 years. Then, just this past January we decided to settle in the LaGrange area. After experiencing numerous different instructors, I can truthfully say that each and everyone brought to the class a professional, and unique interpretation of Yoga Sculpt. The LaGrange Studio is easy to get to and has more than adequate parking.
