Love CPY! The teachers are amazing and the classes are always excellent. The only thing to improve possibly is in the winter i think all the facilities do not seem to be cleaned enough... but probably because everyone is tracking in snow and brining so many more layers of clothes to change out of in the locker room. But, all the northhore studio entrances and womens locker rooms need to be vacuumed/mopped if possible, a bit more.

Clean beautiful studio. Women’s dressing room is like a spa with toiletries available. Friendly front desk staff. Lots of retail items to choose from. Teachers are amazing and the lavender cold towel after hot power fusion is heavenly! I am used to strength training with weights so yoga is a different strength that I am not used to but I love the challenge and have such admiration for those that make it look easy. Definitely something to work towards!
