I bought a pair of running/walking shoes and they gave me blisters after wearing them twice, I brought them back in and they gave me a new pair!!!! The new pit is great I walked 15 miles with no achy feet !!!!! The staff there is so friendly .

The customer service! Bruce was so great to work with that I took my husband in today to buy him some shoes too. He was so knowledgeable about the subtle differences in the shoes, made sure we were properly fit and that we had the right shoe for us. I wish all stores had such good customer service. I compared prices to those I found online- I found both of our shoes for $5-$7 less online, but the service more than makes up for that nominal difference. Buy local and keep our mom and pop stores alive!
