The retail manager, Patrick, was very professional, courteous, and brought me the perfect shoe on the initial fit. I didn't even try on another shoe. That's never happened to me before! And the shoe is still perfect. Patrick also informed me that Fleet Feet makes its own brand of shoe. While not the shoe I purchased, I am impressed that Fleet Feet has evolved to designing and manufacturing a performance shoe that can compete with major brands. A true entrepreneurial feat (no pun intended!). I've been shopping with Fleet Feet since I first walked into their shop on Wilmot about 2008 and I intend to keep going back for performance wear for my exercise and workout needs.

Very helpful with finding the right shoes. They actually care about comfort and what works for you and they do not try to push certain brands of shoes or accessories. My girlfriend and I went in and we both came out with a new pair of shoes.

Patrick provided a quality of attention to all the details necessary to insure the proper fit of my shoes. Multiple measurements were taken, including an image of how I walked on the treadmill. That level of skillful fitting required lots of time. I am very satisfied with my experience at this store.

Service was great. very helpful and if she didn't know she got help which i like instead of guessing or making something up. I would rather someone go find out then make it up. The young lady helped me and got me a good pair of shoes that are comfortable. I wore them today for the first work out and they were great.
