I saw on the Fleet Feet Tucson’s Facebook page the new Mizuno Inspire 16 and had to have them. Upon arrival at the store on Oracle I was disappointed to see the Men’s version were bland and boring... I discovered the ones pictured were the women’s version... Ms. Lara asked if I cared if The shoe was men’s or women’s if it fit? As I am a EU 44... the Women’s 12 fit perfectly and I got the shoes I wanted... We runners are a special breed... who cares if there is a stick figure women on the box... the teal & purple Mizuno Inspire 16 are awesome and Ms. Lara help overcome an obstacle in a purchase... THANK YOU for thinking outside the shoe box!!!!

I go to fleet feet because of the expertise of the sales personnel. Just yesterday, I learned how to tie my traill running shoes for hiking and it makes a tremendous difference in how my shoes fit and feel. I was also introduced to an amazing pair of sandals made for recovery after a hike or run. The gal (her name escapes me at the moment but she deserves all the kudos) that helped me was very knowledgeable. She carefully listened to everything I said, then brought solutions that exceeded my expectations. I am delighted with my purchases and I thank the gal that helped me soooooo much.

Valerie was terrific. She approached me as soon as I enter the store. She had the answer to every question. All employees in the store were busy stocking etc. but as soon as a customer walk into the store they were greeted. Don't see customer service like this any more.

My trainer, Ivan, recommended I visit Fleet Feet for new workout shoes. Mercedes listened to my description of the type of shoe I was looking for and she showed me a few pairs that she thought would meet my needs. She hit the nail on the head!
