Staff at both locations are friendly. I like the return policy. I have had issues finding the right shoe and the staff is always helpful and with the current return policy, if the shoe turns out to be the wrong one for you you can return it for the correct one.

I was floored yesterday by my first experience at Fleet Street. In a good way! The level of service I received was far and away above my expectations.
Patrick listened attentively to all of my needs and concerns, and then conducted a scan of my feet. This was so incredibly informative, more so than several encounters working with physical therapists over many years dealing with both chronic and episodic injuries.
He took all of this information and helped me select two pairs of shoes that perfectly fit both my feet and my needs, along with customizable orthotics and socks. He even sent me a link for a helpful TED talk and a local yoga instructor. Amazing!
More than anything, he was warm and genuinely caring. I feel like I not only found my new favorite shoe store, but I also made a new friend.

Patrick was wonderful ! He knew the products, he talked me thru the particulars of each foot, showed me the best way to lace my shoes. He had to try 3 different techniques. He provided assurances for any future issues. He also talked thru the appropriate hydration for me.
Two days later he remembered me at a Turkey Trot. I needed help with the heel lock lacing, and he was more than happy to retrain me.
