Walked in and right away was greeted by Becky, who was upbeat and engaging. Told her I was looking to get back into running, needed new shoes and a running group. She was very excited, saying I was talking to the right person. She scanned my feet, brought out 3 different high end running shoes. Assisted in putting all pairs on my feet and explained each shoe and what makes them different from eachother. Did my first run with 5K group last night with Becky leading us, making sure everyone felt included, having conversations with everyone. It's been a great experience so far!! Thank you!

The sales associates really understand feet, and they know which shoes would be best for your individual feet.
The sales person was prepared by bringing out 40 pairs of shoes for me to try on. The original one I liked and three similar styles so I could feel the difference and make an informed decision. I ended up not picking the shoe I went to look at and try.
Walked in my new purchase a few days now and it is very comfortable. Also customer representative was knowledgeable. I will definitely spread the word to frequent fleet feet in the future,

With Achilles' tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, & 2 heel spurs, I needed someone who understood my situation, & could recommend the right shoes for me. Susie absolutely excelled at this! I have been buying my running shoes from them for many years. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I'm so old they were doing high impact aerobics when I started exercising in my 30's. I broke a bone in my foot. A year later I was still limping and in pain, I had orthopedic surgery and it held for 30 years. Since then I have broken 5 bones in my feet, mostly stress injuries. Now I wear a double wide shoe, which nobody sells except speciality stores who charge big bucks. Fleet Feet took care of my needs. They had the sizes I needed and even gave me a choice of foot wear. I'll use them forever because I have no where else to go and they are so nice why would I want to leave. I encourage them to consider a line of high heels. Thank You Fleet Feet
