I was having back and knee pain and the associate that was helping me listened to my issues and recommended a few shoes for me to try on. She explained the differences in the shoes and was very patient when i was making my decision. I didn't feel rushed at all. The shoes that i bought eliminated the knee pain and helped with my back pain.

I like the fact that they actually look at your feet and test you rather than just suggesting shoes.. I went in expecting the expensive end of the scale to be suggested but it was just the opposite, the shoes that were recomended were on the less expensive side and I was able to get them sooner that I thought I would be able to. I was treated with respect and I enjoyed the experience.

THE PERSONALIZATION OF SHOE FIT
I had a problem with my feet; plantar facitious (SP) and your shoes made it go away. I could barely walk in the morning. After wearing shoes and insoles fitted by your staff, problem was gone in couple months. Thank you!

Great help. I have one bigger foot hard to fit. I had to come back twice but every time you had an answer to my problem. You showed me how to lace them differently. Solved first problem. Then we had to go to the next size up on shoe. Toe would rub after after exercise. Everybody was very helpful and was sorry I had to come back twice. Glad to come back with that kind of help.
