I sent the flower bouquet of cookies to my mom and she loved them. She said they were big and very pretty decorated and tasted good. It was a grand surprise.. And it made an impression on her. So therefore I have to give it a 9 and yes I would reorder again. I send a lot of this to my family via delivery from online stores and have had done bad experiences but this was a very pleasant one and the main thing was my mom was happy!! Thanks!!
