I live in Michigan. I ordered cookies from the Schaumburg, IL. store for a relative who lives in Schaumburg. The employee who walked me through the ordering and payment processes was friendly and efficient. A few days later, the recipient of the cookies called to thank me for the yummy “birthday bouquet”, and said the delivery person was observed carefully carrying it to the front door, and handed it over with a friendly greeting. The lucky relative who received the cookies said the bouquet had been beautifully wrapped, but most important the colorful cookies were delicious.

Order was delivered as promised. Cookies were delicious. It was a wonderful surprise for the grandkids especially adding their own frosting.
I have ordered from Cookies by Design before and will do so again!!
