The whole experience was a 10 +! Everyone was so helpful and the 12 cookie Happy Birthday bouquet was beautiful AND delicious! Plus ….. it ended up turning my best friend into a 10 year old at her 90th Birthday Party! The bouquet was wrapped beautifully, and it made a beautiful decoration at the dinner party. The birthday girl could not keep her eyes off it as she had never seen a cookie bouquet before. Plus, there were so many cookies that she gave them to friends as a party favor and shared them for dessert with coffee at her party. It was like watching a bunch of 10 year olds enjoy cookies for the first time. It is MORE than a cookie bouquet. It is a fountain of youth experience! If you have never had a cookie on a stick, you must try! Absolutely delicious, fun, and it will turn you into a kid again! Highly recommend!

The employees at Cookies by Design were very friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile when you enter the door to their shop. Cara was very helpful with my request to have a cookie basket sent to my daughter-in-law’s work place as a surprise birthday gift and favorite cookies! She also included a few extra cookies for the birthday girl’s husband, my son!!
Ease of ordering, ability to customize message on the cookies, and the large number of options to select from.
Fast and efficient, however the hours are rough for working people as they are only open 10-2pm. If they had better hours I could send them more business!
