I have used this location for years. Things are less tense now. It seems to run better and everyone seems to get along. It is a more pleasant place to get a haircut. It was busy when I arrived but everyone was staying focused and moving customers through as quickly as possible.

There is a reason why I go to the same Sports Clips every time. That Sports Clips and the girls within it are consistent in their delivery of great customer service and great haircuts. As long as stylist like Jen are working there; I will always go there. Period.

I don't usually answer surveys or post reviews, positive or negative. I always thought: if I spend my money somewhere and have a good experience and feel like I got a good value, I become a repeat customer and send other folks the same direction. Anything less than that and I find another place to spend my money and steer others away. I felt like this was an exceptional experience and I needed to put this experience out there for anyone that hasn't been here. Going to Sport Clips gave me a feeling every man deserves. I went in with a 4 inch long, full beard and 3 months overdue for a haircut. I was getting the strong suggestion from the wife that it was time to drop the lumberjack look. I got a full on 5 star celebrity level treatment courtesy of a stylist that made me feel like I had been a lifelong customer and not just the 2nd time I'd ever been in the store. My visit included a totally different hair style all trimmed up, shampooed, conditioned and styled, a beard cut and conditioning treatment that made it super soft, a steaming hot towel and a relaxing shoulder massage. I got home feeling like brand a new man. The wife and all the important people in my life keep telling me how good I look now. That's a feeling worth a lot more than the price of a haircut. Thank you very much Jen G, you rock! I'll be back in a few weeks to see you for a trim.
