Everyone was super nice
Everyone is super friendly and nice but you have one of the best stylists I’ve encountered named Jenn, working at this location and she really goes above and beyond the typical service you get and she really knows how to cut hair. I just recently moved here and I get my hair cut once a week so I was nervous about finding someone that I could trust to cut my hair because of some bad experiences. She’s a genuine person and she treats everyone the same that walks in. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff but Jenn is the reason I’ll be coming back every week. I don’t ever write reviews so that tells you how much gratitude I have for a good stylist and a good business. You will continue to get my service and my voice to my peers to come to this barber shop.

My hair is problematic for most stylists but Carrie gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten.
The entire experience was Top Notch and I would recommend her to anyone that will listen.

From the wonderful associates (Melissa) to the hair cut, the VIP treatment and finishing with a shoulder massage! I seriously cannot get enough of Jennifer G. She has always treated every customer that walks in with respect. Jennifer is always the first to say hello when you walk in and is never pushy on buying product. I really cannot say enough about Jennifer and also all the women at the Chippewa location. There is a reason why I drive out of my way to go there and it's the great customer service every time.

My hair cutter was very good. I believe her name was Kerri W. She works at the Chippewa location in South St. Louis City. She cut my hair well and was very nice and personable. I wish all hair stylists were like her. She handled an unruly guest very well this is one of the reasons I am writing this review. She was able to deal with the situation in a calm and collected manner.
