Jenn (with two Ns) is the best! I have been having her cut my hair for years now and I won't go anywhere else. I waited 60 minutes to have her cut my hair....and it was worth it! She's the best and a credit to the company!

Not sure why people after me in the checkin list given a haircut before me when i was 1st on the list.
I truly enjoy the entire experience...from checking-in online and selecting my stylist to just walking through the door. Then, you are greeted warmly and always with a smile by your stylist and they LISTEN to what you want, asking questions along the way, and ensure you will be happy in the end. Then, you add the EXTRA perks of the massage chair, scalp massage, neck/shoulder massage, and just being pampered a bit and it all adds up to a great experience that is worth EVERY penny! I will never go anywhere else now to get my hair done.

The service was excellent. The manager was very friendly and informative. The stylist was amazing and did my sons hair exactly like I wanted it. She did an excellent fade in a very reasonable amount of time! 10/10!

I spoke with Jenn and asked if she would cut my hair. She told me that usually they only cut men's hair and carry mens hair products. She told me she could try and cut my hair as I had a free coupon. She listened to what I wanted and I am very please with the haircut I got.

I just went for a haircut (our Wahl clippers finally died) and I visited the Chippewa store to get a plain old #2 cut on the top and a #1 on the sides. What I got was a great experience from start to finish. I got an exemplary haircut, a neck trim that was nice and smooth and clean, and I was introduced to the Nioxin shampoo line, which hopefully will help my dry scalp. I will definitely be back.
