My last stylist was very nice and did a very good job. This was my first time at this salon. She actually had a situation with a customer prior to me that was very stressful and rebounded without hesitation or any extra wait. She’s only been at the salon for a few weeks but would 100% recommend her to friends and I will be coming back again in the future.

I have been coming to the South City location for over 2 years now very regularly. I have never received bad service on any of my visits from any stylist. It is really awesome going in and being greeted by name! It is always an enjoyable time going and I will continue to give my business here as well as refer others!

My stylist was great! She was friendly and made good suggestions on what I was trying to achieve for a “look.” The hot towel and shampoo were very relaxing. Overall I thought she did a great job and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. My stylist listened and paid attention to what she was doing. Was focused on my hair and attended to detail.
The massage chair shampoo was a nice touch. Online checkin, and the leaderboard with wait times is very helpful. I’m not a sports fan, so the entertainment selection on the TVs wouldn’t be my first choice, but I can ignore a tv and look at my phone in the waiting room.
