Pricing has changed drastically, explanation of changes don't really make sense. Asked for a printout of all of my daycare pass usage and wasn't provided one.
I have reached out to corporate TWICE because of issues I'm having with the manager at this location and NO ONE has responded to me. The manager, Faith, is terrible. She has no empathy, or concern for the dogs we consider family. She is cold, dismissive and faithLESS. She should not work in a service related industry, especially one where the "customers" don't have a voice.
Staff is super friendly and super responsive.
Professionalism , monitoring the dogs, 2 days free day care, make sure all vaccines update.

The people are amazing!!! My dog Pacer really enjoys it here and the team treats him as if he was theirs. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog there and would recommend Dogtopia Meadowvale to everyone. Not to mention when they send him home with gifts, or pictures its really the best for any dog lover!
Just too many hoops to jump through. Appreciate the Meet & Greet, but a second test stay for crating was a little too much. If I lived closer to Hurstbourne, it might not have been as big of deal.

Everyone at Dogtopia is genuinely interested and invested in caring for my 'Dood, Clark. They love seeing him show up for Doggy Daycare and provide him with the best love and attention they can so I can be the best I can be at my job! He loves going and as soon as we pull into the parking lot, his butt wiggles give away his excitement! Four Paws Up from Clark & Two Hands Up from me!

This my 3rd Dogtopia in my 2nd state. Quality and cleanliness are always top notch.
The staff is competent and very friendly. Our 1-1/2 year old energetic and sociable Aussie doodle really has a great time. As we approach the facility she gets so excited we can hardly hold her back. She is so happily to greet the lovely staff and play with her new friends. We also appreciate being able to check to webcams on our phones to see, in real time, how she is enjoying her day. We originally tried exercising her at the dog parks but after she was bitten by an unfriendly dog we decided to try this alternative. So very glad we did.

They treat my dog like family! Friendly staff and a clean facility is why we continue to bring our dog to Dogtopia over all other competitors.
The people are lovely and our dog has a terrific day there. I do wish you reverted back to your former billing method. Not a fan of this weekly commitment. There should be an option for a pay as you go, even if the pricing is higher it is better for those of us who have more than one residence and don't utilize it every week. I would sooner use two days in one week and then skip a week if that were an option.
