Service Master was referred to us by our insurance when our subpump failed and our bathroom backed up into our basement. From the moment we started speaking to Justin and his team, we were immediately at ease given the horrible situation we were in. They all were kind, empathetic, listened to our concerns an addressed any/all questions we had. There was check-in every morning when they arrived and end of day before they left. It was also very helpful having the texts come when they were en route and when they arrived. We have other cleaning needs that we have looked into (air ducts for one) and they will be our first and only call. I will recommend the team to anyone I can!
We've had ServiceMaster out twice now and the techs have been polite, efficient, careful to protect the environment and not spread any possible mold, while leaving their work area tidy, so we didn't have any debris or dust to clean up when they left.

Rob Hartman was the associate of Service Master that worked with me on an insurance claim I had for a floor replacement. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. He recommended that I should use Derek at West Valley Flooring and Derek and his crew have done a superb job on my new floor and he as well was always there for me.
Rob has been amazing. I have had so many questions for him throughout this work and he was helpful with each and every question I had for him and there were many. He also advised me of things that always worked well for me. I never had to wait for him to answer my calls or my messages. I live alone and he sent two nice ladies here to help me unpack and clean up. They were great as well. He came back to my home yesterday when all of the work was completed to check that everything was done properly.
He made this ordeal so so much easier than I ever thought it could be. You should be very proud of Rob.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about mister Hector. The 1st time he came to my house, he was so polite and he explained everything to me what was gonna happen, how it was gonna happen and why they are doing what they were gonna do. And then mister Eric and Juan showed up. They were the 2 politeest young men I have met in a while. Mister Hector stayed in contact with me during the whole process.
