Very efficient! The employees that were here did an excellent job. They were very careful with removing items from the basement so that they could get the cleanup done. Very thorough. I am so sorry. I wrote a very long comment, commending Ole Rocha (Senior Project Manager) and Juan Carlos Torres (Project Manager) for a job well done but, my computer received an automatic update and erased all of it. To shorten it, they responded immediately even though it was 11:l5 in the evening, introduced themselves and gave me their cards when they entered my home, assessed the need, turned off the hot water heater, vacuumed and set out fans and machines to draw out the moisture and left at 3:23am vowing to return at 8:30am to meet with the plumber. They were here on time and met with the plumber. They are always available for meetings to ensure the operation runs smoothly, or on the phone. They even call to check in. I have been please with their work so far, but the job is not complete. They are waiting for the lab report from the Asbestos/Lead test. When that is received they will determine what is needed. Juan Carlos was here today, January 29, 2024 to meet with the AAA Adjustor and together they set a proposed plan but the final determination will not happen until the report is received. So, to date, my evaluation of work and time continues to be "10". I will finalize my evaluation when the job is complete. (Please do not share my name, address or phone numbers. Thank you.)

Unfortunately I don’t have the names of the people that performed the work at my house . But the supervisor that was at my house for the moisture assessment and the crew that performed the demolition were very professional and left the house clean after the demo.

The responsiveness to my call by the project manager, Casey Perkins, demonstrated clarity and excellent communication regarding assessment, steps to be taken, recommendations, and follow up to questions and scheduling . Also the recommendation of Mike to test for asbestos was excellent in communication as well. Casey was accessible by text and phone. Totally professional in all aspects.
His crew that was assigned , Bob and Ryan, were professional and communicative and responsive to questions and concerns, and prepared the space to be addressed for clean up. The work before , during and after was done in a respectful manner of the space and with me the owner. I’m appreciative.
