The customer service was excellent. Meredith, the project manager, was very thorough in explaining the services and walked me through the estimate step by step. She was available, whenever I had a question and needed a response. The technicians did a very good job with the cleaning of my sister's house. I was pleased with the end results. Great with communication. We were unable to be at the property and see what had happened and what was being done to fix it but, the daily updates were so nice so we Could Follow the process without physically being there.
