Mark, Zach, and the rest of the team were great to work with. Our pipe busted in the evening around 7:15 and they were in our house by 9:00 with fans and tearing out carpet and drywall that was damaged. Within 3 days, the basement was completely dry and fans were removed. The ServiceMaster team stopped by daily to check on moisture in order to avoid mold and mildew. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

6 different staff members, on 8 different occasions came to our home to do work on a water leak issue. everyone of them was professional, kind and courteous and treated us with the utmost respect and compassion. we are choosing to move forward with our reconstruction needs with Service Master and Extremely indorse them for anyone's disaster home repair needs!
First and most important Mathew provided his mobile phone number in the event that we had any questions, problems or comments. Communication between Mathew and ourselves was excellent, either speaking or texting. As several different teams, each providing a different service to get us back to move in condition were necessary, I anticipated delays. I was totally off base. Every team was on time of a little early. All teams worked efficiently finishing their tasks in the allotted time or ahead of schedule. The Decor Flooring team worked from 9am to 7pm getting our new floor and baseboards installed a day ahead of schedule and did a great job. A small problem getting a large built-in item back in place properly was handled quickly with a call to Mathew. He visited our home assessed the situation and made a call. The next day the finishing team was back, and in an hour, all was done to our complete satisfaction.
Every individual associated with SeviceMaster treated us and our home with respect. No team left our property without first asking us to come and inspect the work they had performed.
