Wonderful wonderful workers. Erwyn did an amazing job helping me find the perfect sneaker for my needs. She listened to each of my concerns and questions. I was incredibly comfortable and did not feel rushed. I was there for a little over 2 hours and tried and re-tried on sneakers with different insoles until I found the perfect fit. I also did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive shoe which was nice since shoe stores often lead you towards the most expensive shoe instead the one that will work best for you. Outstanding customer service. I was very very pleased.
My husband and I both needed some supportive shoes. Gretchen was very knowledgable and accommodating to our needs. The computer analysis of my feet was very interesting and informative. We will definitely go back to this store again!

Start with friendly staff. Next the knowledge of the staff. The foot scan which gave accurate sizing in 3D. The time staff spent — listening/options/suggestions — to find the perfect shoe for me. Selection of quality shoes in stock. It was an excellent experience!
Friendly helpful staff
I have been shopping at Fleet Feet when it was Boulder running Company. I have always found the employees to be very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I have always been able to find shoes that fit my needs because the employee listened and took the time to provide great customer service.
Time was taken to confirm which products worked best for both of my feet. The individual helping me was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to allow me to make my best choice from the several shoes and insoles that would work best for me.
The associate at the Stockton Fleet feet store was awesome! I am a new runner and explained my pains that I have been having and wanted to know if there was anything she could recommend. The associate was on it, she assessed my feet, bought me out 3 types of shoes, and even helped me put them on/tie them correctly. She was very knowledgeable about each shoe she sold and helped me find the best one for me. Will be going back again and will recommend.
