I like getting the foot scan and reviewing it in the store, and getting help finding appropriate and supportive shoes. I appreciated the good quality and support of the shoes. It was important that I was able to insert my custom orthotics in the shoes I was trying, and it was also important that I got to trial walking on an incline on the treadmill to see how a shoe met my needs.
I like that Fleet Feet works to find the best shoe for your feet and the application they will be used for.
Service in the store feels like they put minimal effort into helping customers.

As a local small business owner there is nothing more valuable than customer feedback even when it's hard to read. We clearly did not provide you the experience that we've made our name on for the last 21 years and for that I am personally sorry. There is no excuse for that level of customer service, especially because we put some much time and energy into training our team to provide best in class customer experiences through product knowledge and attention to detail. I will work personally with the team in Blue Ash store to ensure this kind of behavior never happens again. Friendly, outgoing and informative Outfitters are absolutely at the core of our business and we unfortunately failed you during your visit, and for that I am sorry.

Would like to see spf women’s clothing, long sleeve shirts, shorts, etc. nothing is available at this store.
They had what I wanted and the young guy that waited on me was very courteous and helpful.
I come to Fleet Feet for the service. It is always very tailored to my needs, patient and friendly. This time they didn't have the color I like and found it at another of their stores for me. Always a great experience.
