The staff is super friendly and approachable, they make sure to do everything they can to get you what you want! They carry great shoe styles and the clothes are super cute!

What I liked was the detailed attention I received in determining how I walk and what, based on the fleet feet app, shoes I needed. This attention to detail and expert help from the store is what I appreciated.
Your customer care representative was Incredible I only wish she had more help in the store. It was her & one other employee; her name was Maggie @ the Chagrin Falls, OH location & she is awesome @ her job! I learned so much about the specifics of how my feet have changed and what I needed to get back in hiking shape !

I was very grateful that Kayla listened to me. She started with the shoes that I wanted to try on first instead going thru perhaps many other brands that I knew probably wouldn't work for me.
Also, when they did not have a second pair for me to buy directly in the store, she helped me immediately order them online before I left the store. That kind of service is hard to find!
