I went to return a pair of sneakers and was not planning on buying another pair. Mark from the Tucson store asked me if he could pull some sneakers and see if he could help me find the perfect pair. I was hesitant but I went ahead and tried some on. He noticed the sneakers I had on and knew those were the shoes I liked. I tried on the Wave Rider 27-Mizuno Energy and I loved them. Very informative sales person. If I had ordered Brooks shoes on line I would never have known about the different types of shoes within the brand. I was able to find a shoe with a very cushy sole that I like.
