Very compassionate and attentive!
My son and I were visiting family in Northern Cali and my Nephew took us shopping for new Tennis shoes. It was our first time at a store like this. From the moment we walked through the door all of the employees said hello and asked if we needed help help. We eventually got with a young lady named Kaylee I believe. She presented herself and helped us both. This store had a state of the art machine which measures your feet, determines they way you walk and offers suggestions on which type of shoe allows for the most comfort and helps correct any walk-in difficulty. I found this amazing and never before have I received such fine customer service in my 62 years on this Earth. I landed in a Hoka brand tennis shoe and insert. After the purchase I wore the shoes for the next few days and I can tell you this pair of tennis shoes were so comfortable I just couldn’t believe it. It was well worth the $200 I spent and $200 is more than worth it for the comfort this brand of shoe provides. I have some pretty severe back issues these days and Hoka brand shoes has allowed me to enjoy life a little better until I get back surgery down the road. I live in Nevada and just wished I had discovered this store sooner. Thank you Kaylee and thank you Fleet Feet!
The product was very comfortable and the service was great. The person understood what I needed and made sure I got it. Love the fact that it could tell me within minutes what type of shoes I needed for my foot. Great product and service all around.

I love the variety
I like that you offered neutral shoe options. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, he listened to me explain my current issues with my feet, and what I was looking for, took an assessment of my feet, and went over the results with me. He then brought out several pairs of shoes, put them on me, and let me walk around the store. I really appreciate the time and attention I received, as I was able to pick out a pair of shoes that felt great.

Multiple staff and yet no one seemed to want to help me find shoes. They pointed me to tables of sale shoes. Never helped check fit or suggested anything. Ive been in many times and never treated like this.

Best shoe buying experience I’ve had. I went in not knowing what I wanted and the rep (Cayden?) was super helpful in getting me scanned, explaining everything during the process, and bringing out shoes that were all great. The hardest part was just choosing one pair.
The products are great but it is the service that is excellent. There are so many shoes out there and it is so hopeful to have someone knowledgeable to help you pick the right ones.
