I really appreciate the individual attention my son received in selecting a proper fitting shoe and insert. He has had ankle problems that have prevented him from exercising, resulting in significant weight gain. We are optimistic that these new shoes will help him get back in shape!!

I walked out feeling happy and with a great pair of sneakers - a brand I would not have known about had it not been for the excellent service I received at the Columbus Circle store! First, the salesperson listened to me. Then she did the scan of my foot to get a more accurate measurement. Next, she brough out three pairs that she recommended based on everything I had said. This was the third sneaker store I had been in that day and NO ONE ELSE came close to excellent service that Fleet Feet provided. I have already recommended them to some friends. THANK YOU!

Once I got home from purchasing new HOKAs. I realized the associate didn't take off my rewards, or I have a doctor's discount. Looking through each customer's profile, to see if those exist would have saved me $20. My rewards expire in a week.

I thought the whole process was very efficient and extremely helpful. Ray was fantastic! It’s an awkward process having your feet measured but Ray made sure I didn’t feel too terribly awkward. I’m happy that I was able to run on the treadmill and walk around. I love my shoes.
Fleet feet’s offers a one on one custom fit. The store had a huge variety of shoes. The sales associate is very knowledgeable.
