I have a special needs adult son, Adam. Noah -our sales person went above and beyond for our son. Noah was able to encourage Adam to get on the machine that measures his feet with precision. Usually Adam would decline. Noah was so patient with Adam and was very knowledgeable. Adam tried 5 or 6 different pairs of shoes and Noah had a smile on the whole time. Adam loves his new shoes. Thank you, Noah!
To be honest never sure is employee is really knowledgeable or not I.e. one time I’m told I need wide next time I need medium on same model shoe

Staff members at the Menlo Park Fleet Feet location are always eager to help and know a lot about the athletic shoes I buy. They are also very careful in the fitting process, and will even order a narrow version of the athletic shoe I need over the phone. Jim is especially helpful and knowledgeable of which models of which brands would best suit my needs. I really appreciate being able to call or go to this Fleet Feet store.

I appreciate the technology that reveals the shoe recommended for my feet. Knowing that I’m buying the right show for my activities is comforting. I like that you have a variety to choose from, and the only suggestion I have is to have more of the popular colors in stock. I often have to order online or go to another store to make the purchase. The computer system also had a glitch that wouldn’t reveal my rewards for the 2 purchases I made in the same week I purchased another pair of shoes, and It took about 30 minutes to correct, but the sales team members were very patient and diligent in getting the problem fixed.
