The staff are well trained in canine behavior. Our dog Lou has developed a special rapport with many of the staff members, and when he goes there a few times a month (sometimes weekly) he is always greeted warmly by the staff. This also means he is paired with the right playmates for his energy level and temperament. As an older dog, sometimes he just wants to chill, and they adapt his day to accommodate that. Regardless of his day, he is happy and tired when we pick him up and he is always eager to return once he gets enough energy back to see his friends!

We love taking our dog here! The staff genuinely cares about us and our dog. They are very communicative, always available by phone, have their cameras available, and if we have left items they even remember to save it for us.
Our dog comes home exhausted after playing and hanging out for the day which is great if you need a break. I consider the prices very affordable for everything you are getting - constant rotating staff, full access cameras, food, drink, boarding, play, baths, grooming. It’s a one stop place because we can leave our dog to play all day and pick him up bathed, nails trimmed and tired.
We will continue bringing our dog here and having other locations near us makes it easy if we are going into different cities for the day.
The staff is very friendly and the obviously love dogs! Our dog love it there. She gets very excited whenever we say Bow Wow!
You keep the dogs occupied and give them companionship in an size appropriate environment. I also like the camera system where you can see your dog interacting with others. In addition, you have sufficient staff to oversee everything.

The people are very mindful of each dogs's and special needs. Camp Bow Wow must be doing something right. Every time I exit their a dog almost bowls me over trying to get into the door to be dropped off. I consider that a positive recommendation.
My dog loves it there. It’s that simple. Being able to watch him on the feed is an excellent idea. It puts us at ease that our pup is happy and well cared for.
Our dog absolutely loves camp!!! She had a blast during her 10-day stay. We couldn’t be happier with every service that Camp BowWow provided: fun & stimulating play time all day, with caring counselors keeping the pups safe and happy. Her bath & grooming services were fabulous, she was squeaky clean when we picked her up. And best of all, those Camper Cams! It’s comforting & so great to be able to check in and see how much fun she had, and everything she did each day. Every staff member we encounter there at Central branch is amazing, so kind, helpful & clearly passionate about dogs! Thanks so much & we will see you all again soon!
My dog Maddie is signed up for 8 more half days I believe. She hasn't been socialized enough (she's one year today) so she is very timid and sits by the wall most of the day. Karen grooms her every five weeks or so also. Maddie totally freaks out when she knows the direction we are going coming over.
She has played with a friend's nine yr old dog in a large fenced yard and loves it so I know she is not afraid of dogs.
I think I read that you offer one on one time with someone at Camp BowWow to make her feel more comfortable. (charge of coarse). Otherwise I am very happy with my experience and enjoy the staff.

Only concern is that I wish it were a little easier to send info between locations. They are kind of set up as completely separate locations and that did cause some small issues for me. But they were minor and fixed fast.

Andy was the best! We recently relocated out of state but every time Andy was working he greeted us and our dog, Henry, like we were part of the Camp Bow Wow family.
