Gigi, my puppy, LOVES Camp Bow Wow. It's been a game changer for her separation anxiety. Her tail wags nonstop when we pull up, and I love peeking in on her happy playtime with the live cameras.

What do you like about our services?

That the staff understand my dog and manage her to make her time there enjoyable for her. She loves to go to Camp Bow Wow and it gives us peace to know that when we need to leave her there.

What do you like about our services?

I have been bringing my Dachshund to Camp Bow Wow for 5 years. There has been a lot of change since I started to bring her. Mostly good. I worry about the amount of turnover of personnel there in the last 6-12 months. But my dog still seems very excited to go. The personnel there, does a great job with my dog, and they are excited to see her when I get there in the morning.

What do you like about our services?

Camp Bow Wow has the best owners and the best staff. Our boy Harry loves going there and loves all the attention that he gets. We never have to worry about him when we board him there when we go on vacation. We are confident that he is well taken care of and that he is happy. Camp Bow Wow is the BEST!!

What do you like about our services?

When I tell my dog that "it is time to go to BowWow", his ears perk up and he heads straight for the car.
The staff greets my dog by name and treats him like he is their own pet.
My dog is always happy & tired after a visit.
Also nice to have their pet grooming and activity services available.
We love Camp BowWow!

I love the owner and the staff! I felt so comfortable boarding my dog here, they were so attentive, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. The facility is super clean, love that the dogs have individual cabins and not crates and you can watch the dogs on the livestream cameras all day long! You know they are top notch watching them introduce new dogs to the pack. You get a full tour of the facility and every person working with the dogs seems like they love their job. I can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow New Lenox!

What do you like about our services?

Staff was friendly. Liked that only one dog could be in the lobby area at a time. I was able to schedule an interview fairly soon. Liked the online check-in. Our schedule changed, but we will schedule Joey in the future with Camp Bow Wow. Very impressed and highly recommend.
