Friendly and helpful staff- size of facilities and cameras
We would recommend Camp Bow Wow. We only use their grooming service but have only had positive experiences with them. The staff and groomers are wonderful and always pleasant and ready to answer any questions. They do such a good job grooming our big dog who doesn't always cooperate . . . and they are able to work with her resistance and she comes out looking beautiful!
Easy to work with. Friendly. Attentive. Jade was healthy and happy when we picked her up. Video feed was easy to use in the app so I could check on her a couple of times. Facility is always clean and makes me confident Jade will be taken care of.
Hooper drops us like a hot potato as soon as we walk through the doors to daycare. The fantastic staff greet him by name and he’s off onto an adventure. Sometimes he’s painting pottery, sometimes he’s scuba diving into a ball pit, and occasionally he has a photo shoot! We are grateful to have a place we know he’s safe and burning a lot of energy! We’ve even boarded Hooper when we went away for a few nights. We got to keep an eye on him all the time with the suite cameras. It helped keep us at ease knowing he was well cared for and we could check in him whenever we wanted!

I love that we are able to bring our dog Simba to Camp and not have to worry about him when we are traveling. The staff does a great job with him and he always comes home tired from having so much fun at camp. We also like how easy and convenient it is to schedule on-line. another great feature for camp, is the ability to see Simba on camera while he is there.

The staff is SO SO nice. My dog loves going there to play. The flexibility in hours for drop off and pick up is fantastic and unique in the business of pet daycare and boarding. I love the ease of booking in the app. I especially appreciate being able to view my dog in cameras if I’d like to check in. Just overall, a very great business model and great staff at the location we go to.
Staff really cares about their campers. When boarding your dog, staff is available to offer you check-ins on how your dog is doing. It brings a sense of comfort to families that cannot bring their dog with them on vacations.

The staff is so special. When our daycare closed in Manteca we were so worried that we wouldn't find another home for our fur baby. Then along came Camp Bow Wow and our worries were over. She gets a daycare and spa day. Her humans are so very happy.
they always do a good job. I recently had my aging pup in for boarding. they took extra care to ensure she was comfortable and had extra bedding. they even cleaned her bedding when she had an accident and ensured she was comfortable. Highly recommend
